Who it's for
PiqMax is built for route dispatch: your own trucks going to your own customers. It isn't a load board for over-the-road freight.
The live board
Every driver shows as a card with a map, the stops on the route, what's done and the ETA for what's left. Called-in stops stand out in red. Filter by base, or look ahead through the week.
The phone is in the same program
Calls, texts and voicemail sit in the Call Center, with a call log that shows who called and why. A pickup request can go straight onto a route. Your dispatcher doesn't have to write it down and walk it over.
Who's working
Driver Schedule shows the month or the week by driver, with vacation, sick days, personal days, weekly days off and holidays. There's a driver work log when you need it.
Talking to drivers
- Push alerts reach the driver's phone
- Critical alerts stand out from everything else
- A driver can report a truck problem from the app, and it goes to the shop
- A skipped stop goes to its own list with the office told
A morning on the board
By 7 AM your dispatcher can see who's working, who's on what route and which stops are due today. A customer calls with a full tank, and that stop goes on a route in red. A truck has a problem, so the driver reports it from the phone and the shop sees it. Another driver can't get into a stop, marks it skipped and the office picks it up from the Skipped Stops list. None of that needed a whiteboard or a group text.
What to look for in dispatch software
- Can you see every driver and every stop on one screen, without clicking into each one?
- Can a called-in job go on a route in a few seconds?
- Does the phone connect to the route, or is it a separate system?
- Can you see who's off today before you assign the day?
- Does a finished stop become a record and an invoice on its own?
After the route
Completed stops flow into Pickups & Transfers and the Invoice Center. Search past work by customer, driver, receipt number or manifest number.
Questions and answers
Can PiqMax handle called-in pickups?
Yes. A called-in stop shows in red on today's route, so the office and the driver both see it.
Is there a driver app?
Yes. Drivers run the route from their phone: today's stops, tap the address to open the map, enter gallons, get the customer's signature, complete the receipt, handle manifests and base transfers, and report a truck problem.
Does PiqMax include a phone system?
Yes. Calls, texts, voicemail and the call log are on one screen in the Call Center. AI can answer calls and take pickup requests. An urgent request goes on today's route as a called-in stop, and a regular one is logged as scheduled so the customer keeps their normal day.
When does the AI answer?
You choose: around the clock, or by the answering hours you set. Your team's phones ring first.
